Q: Are they any charges to register with ABP Patropatri?

A: Registration on ABP Patropatri is absolutely FREE!!! Register Now with ABP Patropatri and post your matrimonial profile.

A: You do not need your Profile ID to login. You can also login using your Email ID.

Q: I forgot my password, how can I login to the ABP Patropatri?

A:
• If you have forgotten your password, we can send it to you via email. Just click on Forgot Password & type in your Email ID, provided during registration.
• You will receive your Profile ID and Password immediately.
  
  

A: It is possible that your Personal Profile does not match the member's requirements specified in his/her Partner Profile. Also, don't forget to fill in more information about yourself before you express interest. It encourages people to accept your interest's expressed.

A: Yes. After you login to your My Profile, you can see statistics like how many people viewed your profile, your Favorite profiles, Members who expressed interest in you and Members who you expressed interest in.

Q: Can I short-list profiles that I like on ABP Patropatri and view them later?

A: Yes you can. The My Favorites link helps you to do this. My Favorite link is given to right hand side of the screen after Login to your account.

A: ABP Patropatri screens all photographs before being updated. While we allow members the ability to upload their photographs, but we reserve the right to remove/delete any photograph that contains any form of nudity or beach photographs of other members. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you appreciate our efforts for protecting our members.

It is possible that there was some technical error/problem at the time of uploading the photograph. In this case we request that you try the same procedure once again.

Q: Can I add more than one photograph to my profile?

A: Yes, you can add upto 3 photographs to your ABP Patropatri album along with your profile.

Q: What about the photos that I uploaded while registering?

A: ABP Patropatri screens all photographs before being updated. While we allow members the ability to upload their photographs, but we reserve the right to remove/delete any photograph that contains any form of nudity or beach photographs of other members. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you appreciate our efforts for protecting our members.

Q: What are the various Payment options?

A: Currently the payment options are available are - Credit Card-Cash / Demand Draft payable at various Patro Patri centre's you can choose any one of the above payment options while placing an order.

Q: How long does it take to activate my account after I place an order?

A: The account would be activated immediately after the payment is made either through a Credit Card or at the Patro patri centre.

Q: How can I contact other members?

A: There are two levels of contacting a member - Expressing Interest (for FREE) Writing personalized messages (Premium Members).

How to Express Interest:

• This is a FREE feature available to all members
• On any profile that you like, click on 'Express Interest'
• An email will be sent to that member telling them of your interest.

• On any profile that you like, write your personalized message with every Express Interest
• Click on the Message link on the right to write to any member of ABP Patropatri.
• Likewise, when other members like your matrimonial profile they can express interest and write to you using similar procedure.

Q: How does the "Request Contact Details" feature work?

A: The "Request Contact Details" feature allows you to request contact details of members who have either not entered contact details or have selected not to display their contact details to premium members.

• Click on "Request Contact Details" link present on a member's profile page.
• We will convey your request to the member and your Profile ID will appear in the members Contact Details Request Received list.
• The member approves your request by entering his/her contact details and opting to display contact details to premium members.
• You will receive an email confirming that the member has made his/her contact details available to premium members. You can then view validated contact details of the member if you are a Premium Member.
• Similarly, if the member requests your Contact Details, the members Profile ID will appear in your Contact Details Request Sent list and your Profile ID will appear in the members "Contact Details Request Sent" list.
